Operations Manager

Location: Inpatient ATS (Acute Treatment Services) Program - Weymouth, MA

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 3:00pm-11:00pm

Pay rate: $26.00-$29.00/hour

The Operations Manager is responsible for:

• Working with the Program Director and with oversight provided by the Inpatient Operations Director, provides operational support to the Inpatient Campus Programs.
• Coordinating the Quality Improvement Process, ensures operations are running efficiently and tracks outcomes.
• Providing technical and operational assistance to program staff.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a healthcare or customer service field preferred
• Must have excellent verbal, social and writing skills.
• Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies
• Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
