Counselor

Location: Weymouth, MA. Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) - Inpatient Treatment Program
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and one late shift per week,11:00 am - 7:00 pm

Pay rate: $25.00-$27.00/hour

The Counselor is responsible for:

• Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems.
• Performing intake assessments and completes all associated documentation within required time frames.
• Providing quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies.
• Developing, implementing, and revising individual treatment plans for assigned clients in established time frames with the participation of the client.
• Demonstrating a satisfactory level of interpersonal skills to interact with clients, staff, families, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree preferably in a mental health, criminal justice, psychology, or closely related field..
• LADC I or CADAC certification preferred.
