Pay rate: $24.00/ hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Benefits:

- Prior experience as receptionist in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Must have valid driver's license
- Minimum three years computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word is required
The Medical Coordinator is responsible for:
- Greeting clients in a professional, friendly manner
- Scheduling all admission physicals for all new admissions
- Scheduling all MD follow up appointments
- Sorting correspondence to the medical department including faxes and giving them to the appropriate medical or nursing personnel; faxing and mailing items for the nursing and medical staff as instructed
- Conducting toxicology screening in accordance with the program policy/procedure and regulatory frequency guidelines
- Ordering, receiving and stocking required inventory of medical supplies as directed
- Assisting with same day admissions
- Completing PMP checks as a delegate when needed
