Location: Merrick Street Worcester, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program. Training will take place at 585 Lincoln Street Worcester, MA

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 5:15am - 1:45pm

Pay rate: $18.15/hour

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with SUD/Behavioral Health clientele

The Program Guide is responsible for:

• Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for clients who come to the program daily to receive their medication. 
• Greeting clients, customer service, monitor for client/staff safety, communicate with clients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides clients in and out of the program orderly.
