Location: Worcester, MA. Pleasant Street Outpatient.
Pay Rate: $20.90/hour Schedule: Monday to Friday: Mon 8:00 am -5:00 pm, Tues 7:30 an- 4:00 pm, Wed 8:00 am-6:00 pm, Thu 7:30 am- 4:00 pm, Fri 8:00 am- 2:00pm Benefits:- 401k with company contribution

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human services related field or discipline
- Or LADC
- Or has a recognized certification and/or licensure for the target population to work with
- Or sufficient experience and training in counseling and meets regulatory requirements
- Providing support to the nursing and medical providers.
- Providing services that engage, educate and support individuals seeking treatment and their families to motivate and maintain them in culturally relevant behavioral health services in the community. This engagement begins at any point during the continuum of care particularly during transitions in care.
