Location: Souza Baranowski Correctional Center - Shirley, MA
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 40 hours (8-hour shifts).

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Medical Assistant Certificate, Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA) and/or experience in a healthcare setting required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Conducting assessments for patients referred to treatment and/or enrolled in services including triage, COWS, vitals,
- Scheduling and preparing documentation for all admission physical assessments, annual physical assessments and follow up appointments with the medical provider.
- Data entering all medication lists into the electronic health record for medication reconciliation purposes and as directed.
- Submitting and processing all medical records requests.
- Conducting toxicology screening in accordance with the program policy/procedure and regulatory frequency guidelines.
