$21.00 - $23.00/Hour
Location: Waltham, MA. Outpatient Treatment Program
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Thurs 5:15a-3:45p (four 10 hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $20.15-$23.33/hour

The Program Safety Guide is responsible for:
- Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for patients who come to the campus to be admitted.
- Greeting patients, customer service, monitoring patient and staff safety, communicating with patients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides patients in and out of the program safely.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience working in customer service, security, and/or with individuals with substance use disorders.
- Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required
