Location: MCI Shirley - Shirley, MA 
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm 

Pay rate: $72,000/annually

Qualifications:

• LADC1, LMHC or LICSW
• Master's degree in psychology, education-counseling, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field required
• Minimum of one year of clinical supervisory experience
• At least 2 years of experience working in the substance/addiction field 
• 2 years of counseling and addiction treatment experience 

The Senior Clinician is responsible for:

• Assisting the Clinical Director in supervising the provision of clinical services. 
• Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to offenders with substance use issues.
• Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization.
