Job Description

  • The Lead Counselor, in conjunction with the Clinical Director/Supervisor is responsible for the clinical/educational operations of the program services at MCI Framingham in Framingham, MA. Provides documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems. Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization.    
          
     Pay rate for this position is $21.63 per hour ($45,000 annually).   Spectrum offers a wide range of benefits including health/dental/vision/disability insurances, company-paid life insurance, FSA, a generous paid time off policy, 401k with company match & tuition reimbursement!  
     
    Qualifications: 

    • LADC  or CADAC certification preferred

    • Minimum of a  bachelor ‘s degree in psychology, education-counseling, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field

    • Minimum of two years of supervised counseling experience

    • At least one year full time equivalent year of clinical experience in a supervisory role

    • Experience with both substance abuse and mental health issues preferred
