Location: Essex County House of Correction in Middleton 
 

Schedule: 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday-Friday
 

Pay rate: $50,000-$60,000/annually depending on education

Qualifications: 
 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education, or closely related field required
• CADC or LADC preferred

 

The Counselor - 3R Program: Recovery, Reentry, Rehabilitation is responsible for: 

• Providing assessment, case management, education to offenders according to the approved curriculum and completes all required documentation in the case record. 
• Participating in a multi-disciplinary team meeting on a weekly basis or as directed.
